Ever considered having a wedding at Ghost Ranch? It’s an incredibly inspiring space and no wonder why famous painter, Georgia O’Keefe, chose this retreat for a home and studio. The views of the landscape from here are breathtaking. It consists of towering rock formations, ridges and beautiful overlook points, and hiking trails weaving all throughout. And amongst all that desert, there is a surprising amount of plant life, too. It’s definitely a little oasis.
This couple chose this as their ceremony location during the peak fall foliage in mid-October. They brought their sweet dog along, too! The couple, the love, the weather, the scenery. Everything about this day came together so flawlessly.

After Ghost Ranch, we took off toward Taos, New Mexico where the couple had the cutest lodging! Along the way we pulled over to witness this epic sunset.
Ever heard of Hotel Luna Mystica? My gosh, it is a VIBE! This spot made for a memorable wedding getaway for the couple, and with an aesthetic like that, such a great photo opportunity. We pulled up just around blue hour, started a campfire, and shared champagne + s’mores. Such a great way to end an adventurous outdoor wedding day.
Also, how fun would it be to stay here on your wedding night and return every year on your anniversary?! Love that idea.
Ghost Ranch can accommodate your wedding or elopement! Simply visit their website and reach out to their wedding specialist. They offer multiple options including indoor spaces, and you can even stay right on site in the guest rooms (or campsites!).
