When these two first reached out, they already had such a clear vision for their engagement photos. The inspiration they shared was lush, green, and incredibly romantic. It gave me European vibes, and right away, I knew just the place that could bring their vision to life! The Denver Botanic Gardens. Certainly my favorite photo location in Denver, Colorado.
The gardens are surprisingly big. And for the middle of the city, you’ll be impressed by the incredibly serene koi ponds, vibrant flower beds, and quiet corners that feel straight out of a European estate.
For their session, we kept things lighthearted and romantic by running through the pathways, spinning around on stone paths, and even laying down in the grass to take it all in. The movement kept everything playful while also giving their photos that soft, dreamy quality they had envisioned.
Since they had just moved to Colorado from the East Coast a few months earlier, this was their very first visit to the gardens. That made the experience even more special. Not only did they get romantic engagement photos at Denver Botanic Gardens, but they also got to explore a new place together. Allowing them to create real memories that felt just as meaningful as the photos themselves.
